Omega-6 fatty acids trigger inflammation for arthritis
Corn, peanut, sunflower, safflower, and soy oils, as well as most meats, are high in omega-6 fatty acids, which are only healthy in small doses. Excessive omega-6 consumption can trigger inflammatory chemicals. source https://www.arthritis-health.com/blog/kitchen-arthritis-foods-avoid, never knew that, just found out, thats crazy i was taking omega 3-6-9 omg no wonder my joints hurt, on top of all that food i had supplement to boost it up ((( thanks for bringing up though ) x

Hi there,
This is my trigger for psoriasis in general, skin nails joints etc. My psoriasis started during the depression and reckless diet which consisted of only Boiled Sweet Corn and Fried Potatoes all day long for more than a month i guess, both starchy things and my favourite, loved it so much even but now i can’t eat because its almost instantly triggers itching. So i can relate and yes if you have arthritis and leaky gut it might be a good idea to observe its effect and avoid if its triggering inflammation
