Do other people find Epsom salt baths helpful for psoriatic arthritis?

Hi, I’ve recently started taking baths with Epsom salts in and sometimes Himalayan salts as I have heard the minerals can help the skin and joints. I just wondered if others found they are helpful? I certainly find it soothing!

Hi, I put around half a cup in. It’s more that I notice my joints (hands and feet mostly) ache more when I’ve not done it fir a while. I think the baths have a cumulative effect

Hi there, i keep forgetting to add that, I have heard about Epsom bath when i was in a natural healing centre and that it helps joints tension and pain. good you reminded, i will use it tomorrow, i have nail psoriasis and joint pain, hope it helps, I have tried as a laxative, as I have chronic constipation issues since the age of 14, worked instantly but I read it can also be hard on stomach so kept it for emergency cases.
